This page explains what happens to the information you send us through apexmind.studio. Apex Mind Automation is run by Olha and Maksym Liutsko in London, Ontario. The short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it only to reply to you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you email us or book a meeting, we receive your name, your email address, and anything you choose to tell us about your business. We do not ask for anything else.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run our work together. We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted by Vercel, meetings are booked through Calendly, and our email runs on Google Workspace. These services may process your information in the United States or other countries. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages only as long as we need them to talk with you or to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email m@apexmind.studio and we will reply within a few business days.
